I am a Drafting, Design, and consulting Professional with over 30 years of experience and a track record of successfully managing all aspects of commercial, multifamily, residential, and remodeling building projects. I grew up in the trades as a framer and finish carpenter, supervising and taking projects from start-up to turn-key. I have a degree in Construction Management.
I take pride in being a detailed and experienced Drafter with 14 years of CAD to deliver filing-ready construction documents according to county building codes and requirements. This means a pain-free plan submittal. I have been building and designing in Arizona for the past 24 years!
